Potential responsibilities

  • Configure and improve workflows across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC or SecOps.
  • Support platform integrations, upgrades, testing and technical documentation.
  • Work with program teams to translate service needs into maintainable platform changes.

ServiceNow implementation or platform administration experience, workflow design, and clear technical communication. Module experience depends on the role.

SAP S/4HANA Consultant

Illustrative scope: support SAP transformation and sustainment work for complex federal business environments.

  • Translate business and technical requirements into practical SAP designs.
  • Support integrations, data transition, testing, transports and cutover planning.

  • Help evaluate outputs, document risks and put human review into the workflow.

Python or SQL, data engineering or analytics, cloud data platforms, and familiarity with model evaluation or MLOps practices.

Cloud & infrastructure

Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer

  • Support cloud environments, virtualization, networking and infrastructure automation.
